01 — SIGNAL
I’m Francis Recaña — AI Generalist & Growth Architect.
I unify paid acquisition, CRM pipelines in GoHighLevel or a custom-brand CRM, and automation built on Make, n8n and Claude. One connected system — not another collection of disconnected tools.
Engine
Every part reports to the same system. Hover a node to trace the signal.
03 — SYSTEM
Your website should know where the lead came from.
Your CRM should know what happened next.
Your automation should know what to do.
Your advertising should know what converted.
Your reporting should connect the entire chain.
01
Paid, local and organic channels planned as one acquisition system.
02
Every click lands on a page built to turn interest into a form, a call or a booking.
03
Every inquiry goes into a CRM that knows where it came from.
04
Routing, follow-up and notifications happen without anyone copying data between tools.
05
A pipeline with stages, scoring and nurture, so no lead sits unowned.
06
CPL, CAC and revenue tied back to the channel that produced them.
04 — OPERATING LAYER
The right system depends on the business. I architect and integrate CRM environments on the platform that fits — a custom CRM with your own brand or GoHighLevel — with Make, Zapier, n8n and Claude working around it.
CAPABILITIES
SIGNAL PATH
05 — AI LAYER
AI-assisted workflows built on Claude, Make, Zapier and n8n — wired to CRM systems through APIs, webhooks and structured data.
06 — ACQUISITION
01
Search captures intent.
02
Creative creates the signal. The system captures it.
03
When intent is high, be there.
04
Traffic is not the goal. The goal is what happens after the click.
ALSO RUNNING
07 — PIPELINE
08 / The loop
Every click creates data. Every lead creates a signal. Every conversion teaches the system what to do next.
09 — WORK
Each engagement is shown as the system it produced.
01
Leads were fragmented across multiple landing pages and entered into the CRM by hand — speed to lead was delaying 40% of lead-to-call handoffs.
02
Brand presence was fragmented and data sat in silos — a legacy web structure, disjointed automation flows and unoptimised paid spend, none of them talking to each other.
Figures appear only where verified. Nothing on this page is estimated.
Human layer
The AI layer automates the work. This is where the judgment lives — fully managed remote teams running the tasks a workflow should not own, and the exceptions it cannot.
WHAT THEY RUN
Automation-first BPO. Teams are hired, trained and managed against your workflows rather than dropped alongside them — typically more than 50% below the cost of an equivalent local hire.
HUMAN IN THE LOOP
11 — CAPABILITY
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local Services Ads, SEO and funnels, planned as one acquisition system and measured on CPL and CAC, not clicks. On one US real-estate engagement the connected system lifted qualified call bookings +32% in 90 days.
Claude wired into Make, n8n and Zapier through APIs and webhooks, so leads are enriched, routed and followed up without a person copying data between tools. The impact is the hand-offs removed, because every manual step taken out is one that can no longer stall a lead.
GoHighLevel or a custom-brand CRM with round-robin routing, voice drop and SMS sequences built into the pipeline. The same engagement took speed to lead from 4 hours to under 2 minutes.
Remote teams through Nexovate, hired and trained against your workflows for sales development, lead qualification and support. Typically more than 50% below the cost of an equivalent local hire.
12 — THE OPERATOR
AI Generalist & Growth Architect
I plug into teams as a hands-on operator — owning paid acquisition, SEO, funnels, CRM and the automation layer that holds it all together.

13 — BRIEF
Working notes on acquisition, CRM, automation and the data underneath.
Writing one post is easy. Month eight is the hard part: still in the owner’s voice, still about their real jobs and their town, still shipped on the day it was promised, and linked into the service pages so each one strengthens them.
Most profiles are built once and left alone. Regular posts, new photos, answered questions and categories checked against whoever is actually ranking are what keep a local business in the map pack.
Most visitors leave without filling anything in, and scanners and crawlers pad the rest. Separate real people from bots, score how close each one is to buying, and turn that behaviour into a specific change to a specific page.
Scheduling tools publish; they do not reply. When someone asks about price or service area under a post, a same-day answer in the brand voice — and a contact in the CRM — beats leaving it for whoever checks the inbox next.
Local suppliers, chambers and trade sites, checked for real traffic before anyone is contacted, each given a specific reason to link. Follow up twice, then stop. Measure links won, not emails sent.
AI can build, write and publish every day. Nothing should reach a client until a named person has checked it: no placeholder text, no invented reviews or statistics, and copy that reads like a person wrote it.
